lovely house built in 1906, in a row of 6, comprises of a good sized pebble driveway with gateway, large secluded well established front & side garden\\\\\\\'s another gateway leads into massive flat 160ft rear garden with old apple tree & vegetable plot.(photo is messy, we use the garden alot because it\\\\\\\'s so quite & just fantastic out there) the inside has all been decorated in the last 2 years to a good standard, the only room\\\\\\\'s not quite finished are the kitchen, which just need\\\\\\\'s painting, the lounge, which again just needs the painting finishing off & the smallest bedroom needs painting. these rooms have new flooring etc. they\\\\\\\'re is new carpets in all bedrooms (fitted in the last 12 months) & hallway, there is new laminate in bathroom & lounge, there is vinyl in the kitchen, with is 18 months old. the utility/downstairs toilet has tiled floor. the lounge has 2 new built in cupboards eitherside of fire place, in alcoves. it has a cottage feel about it, it is over 100 years old. the area is quiet, rural, has a good community and very sought after because it is in an area of natural outstanding beauty, fantastic for walkers with dartmoor on the doorstep & the sea 10 mins way.
